It will be very helpful for the beginner digital scrapbooker if you are using CS2 or elements.

After watching this 9 minute video by SeeJaneScrapbook I decided it would be perfect for the total beginner digital scrapbooker. It uses PhotoShop Elements 5 (you can download a free trial) and the movie also gives you some great links to some digital scrapbook freebies you can get started with.
It shows you a basic tutorial on how to create a document add and size elements plus:
